The home follows your day.

Morning

Shades rise with the light, and the house is already warm.

Evening

Light turns warm and low, shades settle partway. One touch at the door.

Movie

Lights fade, shades close, the screen and sound are ready. Nothing to find in an app.

Away

One tap as you leave: lights off, shades closed, climate eased back, the house in view from anywhere.

Illustrative. What each moment does is designed with you, for your home and your systems.

The whole home, made to measure.every system tailored, never from a template.

A home that works as an ecosystem. Climate, lighting, shading and energy working together for comfort and efficiency.

Whole-Home Infrastructure & Integration

Electrical infrastructure, heating, cooling and ventilation, with solar and storage where available. Integrated with home automation through planning, coordinated installation, commissioning and ongoing support.

Before the walls close, and long after you move in.

The best time to plan a home’s technology is while it is still on paper. We stay with it through construction, handover and the years that follow.

Design

Discovery

We start with a conversation about the house, its stage and your priorities, then define where EHT can help.

What you get

  • A clear starting scope for the home
  • An honest answer on fit and next steps

Design

Technology Planning

We plan the systems before the walls close: equipment, wiring, network and controls, with interfaces defined for each trade.

What you get

  • An integration concept and system list
  • Locations and requirements for each trade
  • A written scope and acceptance criteria

Construction

Integration

Licensed trades install the equipment. We coordinate system interfaces, connect the agreed technology and configure controls, scenes and automations.

What you get

  • Connected systems with one control logic
  • Controls, scenes and automations set to your routines

Construction

Commissioning

We test each agreed function in the finished home, including what happens when a device or network connection fails.

What you get

  • Checks against the agreed scope
  • Documented behavior when a system is unavailable

Move-in

Handover

We hand over system documentation and owner access, then walk you through the controls and everyday routines in the home.

What you get

  • System documentation and owner access
  • A hands-on walkthrough of everyday controls

Living

Ongoing Support

After move-in, we diagnose issues remotely, make agreed updates and adapt the system as your needs change. Support terms are set up front.

What you get

  • Remote diagnostics and agreed updates
  • Changes and additions as your needs evolve
  • Coordination with trades when a visit is needed

Licensed electricians, HVAC, plumbing and low-voltage specialists install the equipment. EHT plans and coordinates the agreed technology scope, then integrates, configures, commissions and documents it.

Designed early. Built right. Supported after.

Drawn in, not bolted on.

We work alongside your architect, designer and builder to plan the home’s infrastructure and technology together, before construction decisions become costly changes.

Fewer surprises during construction. A home that works together at handover.

Bring us in early

Our integration documents complement, and never replace, licensed engineering and electrical drawings.

Built to be lived with.

Thoughtful technology should make your home easier to live in, every day.

  • Simple everyday control

Familiar switches and clear controls for everyone in the home. Your phone is an option, not a requirement.

  • Resilience by design

Essential functions retain independent controls, with fallback behavior planned for network or integration failures.

  • Tested as a whole

We test individual systems and how they work together against the agreed requirements before handover.

  • Ready for the years ahead

Documented systems, owner access and a clear maintenance plan make future service and upgrades easier.

A real home. A working laboratory.

We use our own home to test equipment, refine automation and understand how systems perform together in everyday life. Our experience developing control software helps us evaluate integrations and build reliable solutions using established platforms.
